Un tiglio pluricentenario veglia sulla casa colonica situata nel cuore del parco naturale del Périgord Limousin. L'alloggio, completamente indipendente, si apre su una terrazza e su un giardino recintato e ombreggiato. I vicini più prossimi sono una civetta, un gheppio e alcune mucche che pascolano nei prati. Uno dei numerosi sentieri escursionistici passa vicino all'alloggio e permette di esplorare Chalus e i dintorni.
