Benvenuti a Vougeot, in Côte de Nuits. La Côte de Nuits... cosa significa? In Borgogna, quando si dice che si è "sulla Côte", non si tratta di spiaggia e mare... o altrimenti di un oceano di viti. In realtà, qui, la Côte è "la montagna"! Una piccola montagna, certo, ma è così che i borgognoni chiamano i pendii (guarda guarda...) che si estendono da Digione ai Maranges e sono coperti dell'uva più raffinata al mondo.
