Gekoppelde woonhuizen, opgesteld volgens spiegelbeeld en gebouwd respectievelijk in 1940 (nr. 115) en 1935 (nr. 117). Verankerde baksteenbouw onder één doorlopend zadeldak met mechanische pannen. Voorgevels van een andere baksteensoort en getypeerd door het gecombineerd gebruik van arduin voor de aanzet- en sluitstenen van de strekken en voor de lekdrempels; voorts bij nr. 117 typerend gevarieerd baksteenmetselwerk onder meer onder de kroonlijst en bij nr. 115, gevarieerde baksteenfriezen. Vermoedelijk deels bewaard schrijnwerk (deuren ?).
