Zogenaamd " 't Hof ter Donck". Kunstgalerij, theater, en restaurant ondergebracht in de voormalige brouwerij Donck, nieuw gebouwd in 1920 (zie straatinleiding), naar verluidt werkzaam tot aan de Eerste Wereldoorlog, en ontmanteld in de jaren 1950. Gelegen op geplaveide binnenkoer en omgeven door nieuw aangelegde tuin; oorspronkelijke toegang: de koetspoort rechts van de voormalige brouwerswoning . Mooi voorbeeld van industriële wederopbouwarchitectuur.
