Net links van de kerk van Aghios Donatos zie je een dorsvloer liggen. Hier werd vroeger het graan gedorst. Dat graan werd geteeld op de akkers met diepe bodems van de intramontane bekkens en dolines in de buurt. Als je op luchtfoto's kijkt zal je zien dat deze dorsvloer een deel is van een complex van meer dan 10 dorsvloeren. Het gaat hier dus over een uitzonderlijk landschappelijk historisch erfgoed. Hopelijk weet men de waarde er van te waarderen en onderhoudt men deze structuren voor de toekomst. De nood aan al die dorsvloeren heeft te maken met de nabijheid van het intramontane bekken van the Pass.
