Het Nationaal Museum voor Wetenschap en Ecclesiologie in Maynooth is een wetenschapsmuseum en museum voor ecclesiologie, gelegen op de gezamenlijke campus van St Patrick's College, Maynooth en Maynooth University, Ierland. Het is een instelling van het college en is begonnen als een ecclesiologisch museum.
Het museum herbergt verschillende artefacten uit de geschiedenis van de wetenschap in Ierland, een grote collectie wetenschappelijk materiaal dat werd gebruikt door Nicholas Callan, en een van de twee doodsmaskers van de Ierse politieke leider Daniel O'Connell. Het museum werd in 1934 opgericht als het Museum voor Ecclesiologie, maar is meer gefocust op wetenschap, gedeeltelijk vanwege de associatie van Maynooth met Callan.
