Stationen Wuppertal-Vohwinkel er den vestligste station i byområdet Wuppertal og ligger i bydelen Vohwinkel. Det er en kile station og tilhører prisklasse 3.
Den første stationsbygning blev taget i brug i 1841 af Düsseldorf-Elberfelder Jernbaneselskab. Med forlængelsen af Prinz-Wilhelm-jernbanen blev Vohwinkel jernbaneknudepunkt i 1848. Bygningen i klassicistisk stil lå i skinnernes trekant mellem strækningerne mod Elberfeld og Essen vest for det nuværende Lienhardplatz og den nuværende Bahnstraße.
