Isigny-sur-Mer er en fransk kommune, der ligger i departementet Calvados og regionen Normandiet. Den ligger ved udmundingen af Veys-bugten, et vigtigt mejeri med smør og fløde med oprindelsesbetegnelse og en betydelig produktion af oste som: Mimolette, pont-l'évêque, Camembert, Trésor d'Isigny… Mange af disse produkter fremstilles i kooperativet Isigny Sainte Mère. Det er også et produktionscenter for østers.
