Den store boligbebyggelse Waldsassener Straße er en højhusbebyggelse i Berlin-Marienfelde. Den er primært tilgængelig gennem Waldsassener Straße og Tirschenreuther Ring. Bebyggelsen blev opført mellem 1970 og 1974. Den består af 4200 boliger. Det største hus har 27 etager. Det byplanlægningsmæssige koncept stammer fra Hans Bandel. Størsteparten af beboelseskomplekset tilhører Degewo AG, som mellem 2011 og 2016 planlægger at investere over 100 millioner euro i renoveringen. Degewo AG ejer næsten 3000 boliger på Waldsassener Straße.
