I en park ved foden af de bærgningsmure fra den legendariske Cité de Carcassonne har chef-kok Franck Putelat bygget sin gastronomiske restaurant og siden marts 2013 også hotellet Le Parc.

Drivved varmer skiferstenen, i en harmoni og komfort designet til at forlænge de følelser skabt af chef-kok Franck Putelat. I suiterne og 5-stjernede værelser fremhæves indtrykket af flydende ved store karnapper, der udvisker grænsen mellem indendør og udendørsterrasse, hvor der nogle gange troner en jacuzzi.
