Van fietsen krijg je dorst. Daarom biedt KOERS. Museum van de Wielersport (wieler-)bieren aan. Je proeft in het KOERSkaffee onder andere bieren van Rodenbach, Triportuer en WUK. In het ruime gamma van BOMBrewery met vaste waarden en eenmalige brouwsels is er één constante: op het etikel prijkt een duilvse of hemelse tekening van de Roeselaarse striktekenaar Stef Selschotter. Trouwens, BOMBrwery is geen brouwerij, maar een moutbakkerij. Mout is een van de belangrijkste grondstoffen voor bier.
Decennialang huisde er naast KOERS een brouwerij. De familie Cauwe was generaties lang brouwer van vader op zoon. Hun tripel werd zelfs de Roeselaarse tripel genoemd. In de jaren 50 stopte de brouwerij.
