Les cases dels teixidors núm. 1 a 3 van ser construïdes probablement el 1744 per a la família Grand Ry segons els plànols de l'arquitecte adquisgrà Johann Joseph Couven. Actualment, la casa pertany íntegrament a la família Signon.
El frontó arquejat encara conté un relleu que representa la deessa de la fortuna Fortuna amb símbols comercials.
De la rica decoració interior gairebé no en queden restes, excepte l'escala lateral, una escala de balustrada del segle XVIII. A la cantonada dreta hi ha un pas de carruatges amb portal.
