Le case dei tessitori n. 1-3 furono probabilmente costruite nel 1744 per la famiglia Grand Ry secondo i progetti dell'architetto di Aquisgrana Johann Joseph Couven. Oggi la casa appartiene interamente alla famiglia Signon.
Sul frontone arcuato è ancora presente un rilievo raffigurante la dea della fortuna Fortuna con simboli commerciali.
Della ricca decorazione interna rimane poco, fatta eccezione per la scalinata laterale, la scalinata a balaustra del XVIII secolo. Nell'angolo destro si trova un passaggio per le carrozze con un portale.
