Las casas de los tejedores n.º 1 a 3 fueron construidas probablemente en 1744 para la familia Grand Ry según los planos del arquitecto aquisgrán Johann Joseph Couven. En la actualidad, la casa pertenece en su totalidad a la familia Signon.
El frontón arqueado todavía contiene un relieve que representa a la diosa de la fortuna Fortuna con símbolos comerciales.
De la rica decoración interior apenas quedan restos, salvo la escalera lateral, una escalera de balaustrada del siglo XVIII. En la esquina derecha hay un paso de carruajes con portal.
