Sankt-Martinus Kirke er sognekirken i Houthalen, på Sankt-Martinus Plads, i den belgiske kommune Houthalen-Helchteren.
Kirken blev første gang nævnt i 1223, men sognet er sandsynligvis ældre. Oprindeligt stod der en romansk kirke her, men i begyndelsen af det 15. århundrede begyndte man konstruktionen af en ny, gotisk kirke. Koret blev indviet i 1437, bevidnet ved inskriptionen: int iaer ons heren MCCCCXXXVII waert desen coer ghefondeert. Omkring 1500 blev tårnet bygget. Det er uklart, om skibet blev opført omkring 1437 eller omkring 1500. Alle disse dele er udført i maaskeien og mergel.
