Kunstværket "Le vent souffle ou il veut" er et design af kunstneren Daniel Buren. Han ønskede at lave et værk til Beaufort03, der skulle vække illusionen af en skov. I stedet for at placere træer skabte Buren et design til hundrede flagstænger med vejrfakur i forskellige farver. Hver vejrfakler begynder og slutter i en skarp farve, og de farvede striber skifter med hvid. Byen Nieuwpoort købte dette imponerende værk og placerede det på Kromme Hoek i havnen.
