Drongengoed Skov har en smuk fauna af hjorte og dådyr. Chancerne for at se en af dem er meget store, især ved skumring. Da de ikke jages inde i skoven på godset og naturreservatet, er dyrene ikke særlig bange. For at undgå ulykker med hjorte eller rævehjorte blev der installeret reflektorer langs Urselvej. Som navnet antyder, reflekterer reflektorerne lyset fra billygter. Denne proces skræmmer dyrene og forhindrer dem i at krydse vejen på det forkerte tidspunkt.
