Il Bosco di Drongengoed ha una bellissima fauna di cervi e daini. La possibilità di vedere uno di loro è molto alta, specialmente al calar della notte. Non essendo cacciati all'interno del bosco della tenuta e della riserva naturale, gli animali non sono molto spaventati. Per evitare incidenti con cervi o caprioli, sono stati installati dei riflettori lungo l'Urselweg. Come suggerisce il nome, i riflettori riflettono la luce dei fari delle auto. Questo processo spaventa gli animali e impedisce loro di attraversare la strada al momento sbagliato.
