Slagterbutikken fra Hoof er en rigtig "pur sang" slagterbutik.
Startet lige efter krigen, skærer vi stadig vores kød selv. Som håndværkscharcuter laver vi hver uge vores egne pålæg. At vi i 2010 modtog mærket "lokal produkt" fra Vlam, gør os meget stolte.
Besøget af "Den bedste hobbykok i Flandern" med Peter Goossens var årets højdepunkt.
