La boucherie de Hoof est une boucherie « pur sang ».
Démarrés juste après la guerre, nous découpons encore toujours notre viande en interne. En tant que charcutier artisan, nous produisons chaque semaine nos propres produits de charcuterie. Le fait que nous ayons obtenu en 2010 le label “produit de terroir” de la Flandre nous rend particulièrement fiers.
La visite de “Le meilleur cuisinier amateur de Flandre” avec Peter Goossens a été le point culminant de l'année.
