De keurslagerij van Hoof is een slagerij “pur sang”.
Gestart juist na de oorlog versnijden wij nog steeds ons vlees in eigen beheer. Als ambachtelijk charcutier maken wij elke week onze eigen vleeswaren. Dat wij hierbij in 2010 het label “streekproduct” van de Vlam binnenhaalden, maakt ons apetrots.
