Thoricoorts Oste laver unikke hjemmefremstillede oste efter bedstemorens tradition. Deres familieret er nu verdensberømt: i 1975 blev de endda verdensmestre med deres oste. I dag har de en Elevens-familie, som også viderefører traditionen i Holland og Canada.
Siden 1992 har de haft deres egen gård i Thoricourt. Osten fremstilles udelukkende med mælk fra vores egne køer.
