Adrien Pestiaux, Roger Divan og Simon Remy fremstiller deres håndværkscider med gamle, ubehandlede belgiske æblesorter. Den pressede saft opbevares i 9 til 10 måneder i gamle vinfade. Ligesom ved champagne opstår der et naturligt skum ved den anden gæring i flasken. De laver også aperitif-drikken Condrine (16 % alc.) og Condreau (43 % alc.), som svarer til Calvados. Samarbejdspartnerne arbejder for en positiv indvirkning på mennesket, miljøet og samfundet. Overskuddet investeres i et socialt formål. Cidreriet vandt i 2023 Coq de Cristal for håndværksprodukter. Besøg er mulige i grupper.
