Observatoriet i Neuchâtel er et astronomisk observatorium, som blev grundlagt af kantonen Neuenburg i Schweiz i 1858. Den 1860 indviede bygning blev bygget af Hans Rychner i klassisk inspirerede former, idet der dengang blev taget hensyn til at placere instrumenterne direkte på klippen uden forbindelse til bygningen.
Den første direktør for observatoriet var Adolphe Hirsch, som ledede instituttet indtil sin død i 1901, og efter hvem den 1912 indviede udvidelsesbygning er opkaldt.
