Güstrow [ˈgʏstroː] er med cirka 30.000 indbyggere den syvende største by i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern og hovedby i Landkreis Rostock. Byen er sæde for Amts Güstrow-Land, som omfatter 14 kommuner, men er selv amtsfri. Den er et af de 18 middelcentre i landet og har siden 2006 officielt haft tillægget "Barlachstadt" efter billedhuggeren Ernst Barlach.
Güstrow er som historisk residensby kendt for sit slot, sin velbevarede gamle by med mange værdifulde bygninger og sin domkirke med "Den Svævende" af Barlach. Den i 1236 grundlagte domskole Güstrow er en af de ældste skoler i det tysktalende område, og siden 1991 har byen også været sæde for fagkollegiet for offentlig forvaltning, politi og retspleje i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
