Lehe er den nordligste kommune i Dithmarschen-kredsen i Schleswig-Holstein. Den er rumligt, økonomisk og historisk tæt forbundet med nabokommunen Lunden.
Lehes kommuneområde strækker sig ved bugten af floden Eider fra øst mod syd under Friedrichstadt i området mellem Lunden i Dithmarschen og Witzwort eller Oldenswort på den nordfrisiske side ved den sydlige/østre bredd af floden ved overgangen fra Donn fra Lunden i den nordlige del af naturområdet Dithmarscher Marsch.
