Oberhausen-Holten Station var i cirka 80 år en station og er i dag en stoppested. Den ligger på jernbanelinjen Oberhausen–Arnhem, som er en del af den såkaldte Betuweroute, en vigtig godstogforbindelse mellem Ruhr-området og havnen i Rotterdam.
Stoppestedet ligger omkring to kilometer fra centrum af den Oberhausenske bydel Holten, tæt på kanten af bydelen Schmachtendorf.
