Klosteret og Gymnasium Maria Königin ligger nær Altenhundem på landevej 715, som går fra Altenhundem til Bilstein. Beliggende på en lys bakke lige før afgangen til Hohen Bracht er den lyse bygning med krucifikset på tårnet tydeligt synlig.
Klosteret med det tilhørende gymnasium var en institution under den tyske ordenprovins for missionærerne fra den Hellige Familie. Deres historie begyndte i 1920 på slotet Adolfsburg i Oberhundem med grundlæggelsen af den første missionsskole. Denne blev senere flyttet til Altenhundem og blev i 1962 nedlagt som led i et ændret skolekoncept.
