Zepernick er en bydel i den brandenburgiske kommune Panketal, som ligger direkte på den nordøstlige bygrænse af Berlin. I forbindelse med kommunegrænsereformen blev Zepernick den 26. oktober 2003 sammenlagt med Schwanebeck til den nye kommune Panketal. Panketal havde ved udgangen af 2008 19.167 indbyggere.
Allerede fra den yngre stenalder er de første spor af bosættelse dokumenteret. Den første skriftlige omtale af Zepernick, dengang stadig Cepernik, stammer fra året 1289. Et andet dokument er brevet fra 1346 fra Bernauer-præsten Gerwinius om en gave fra Zepernick til Bernauer Kirke. I 1375 blev Zepernick registreret i Landsboge af kejser Karl IV med 52 hufen. I 1466 gav Benedictus von Hoppenrade sine herregårdsretter til Cöllner Domstift.
