Regenssteinmøllen var en vanddrevet maling- og oliemølle under Burg Regenstein nord for byen Blankenburg i Harz-distriktet.
Møllen blev anlagt i første halvdel af 1200-tallet for at forsyne borgen og det forudgående forarbejde Nienrode. Korets vand til møllehjulene blev ledt fra Goldbach under Mönchemühleteich via en næsten to kilometer lang møllegrav, som i årene 1988 til 1991 blev afdækket over en længde på cirka 500 m.
