Le moulin de Regenstein était un moulin à eau à moudre et à huile situé en contrebas du château de Regenstein, au nord de la ville de Blankenburg dans le district du Harz.
Le moulin a été construit dans la première moitié du 12e siècle pour approvisionner le château et la ferme voisine de Nienrode. L'eau d'impact pour les roues du moulin était dérivée d'un canal de moulin d'environ deux kilomètres de long, alimenté par le Goldbach sous l'étang de Mönchemühle, qui a été dégagé sur environ 500 m de longueur entre 1988 et 1991.
