El molino de Regenstein era un molino de harina y aceite impulsado por agua, situado debajo del castillo de Regenstein, al norte de la ciudad de Blankenburg en el distrito de Harz.
El molino se construyó en la primera mitad del siglo XII, para abastecer al castillo y a la granja anterior de Nienrode. El agua que impulsaba las ruedas del molino era dirigida a través de un canal de molino de casi dos kilómetros de longitud, que provenía del arroyo Goldbach, ubicado debajo del estanque de Mönchemühle, y que fue excavado a lo largo de unos 500 metros entre 1988 y 1991.
