Il mulino di Regenstein era un mulino ad acqua per macinare e pressare olio situato sotto il castello di Regenstein, a nord della città di Blankenburg nel distretto dell'Harz.
Il mulino è stato costruito nella prima metà del XII secolo per fornire supporto al castello e all'azienda agricola annessa di Nienrode. L'acqua per le ruote del mulino veniva convogliata attraverso un canale di mulino lungo quasi due chilometri dal Goldbach, situato sotto lo stagno di Mönchemühle, che è stato riportato alla luce tra il 1988 e il 1991 per circa 500 m.
