Borgen Lilienstein er ruinen af en højborgen på den 415 meter høje Lilienstein ved bydelen Waltersdorf i byen Bad Schandau i Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge i Sachsen.
Formodentlig blev borgen anlagt omkring 1200 i den nordvestlige del af toppladsen og var i bøhmisk eje. Den første omtale fandt sted i 1379 som "Ylgenstein" i et pantdokument fra kong Wenzel IV. Navnet stammer sandsynligvis fra den hellige St. Aegidius. I 1397 nævner et dokument "veste Lilgenstein".
