Slaget ved Köln blev udkæmpet nær byen Köln i året 716. Slaget er primært kendt som det første slag under Charles Martels kommando og er det eneste nederlag i hans liv.
I 716 invaderede kongen af frankerne, Chilperic II, og Ragenfrid, paladsmesteren i Neustria, Austrasia for at påtvinge deres vilje på de konkurrerende fraktioner der: de af Theudoald og Plectrude, henholdsvis barnebarn og enke af Martels far Pepin af Heristal, og de af Martel selv, som netop var undsluppet fra Plectrudes fængsel i Köln og blev hyldet som paladsmester i Austrasia. Samtidig invaderede Radbod, kongen af Frisia, Austrasia og allierede sig med kongen og neustrierne.
