Naturreservatet Biotopforbindelsen Welsengraben ligger i områderne af byerne Zehdenick og Gransee i Landkreis Oberhavel i Brandenburg.
Området med nummeret 1169 blev underlagt naturbeskyttelse ved forordning den 24. maj 2004. Det cirka 292 ha store naturreservat strækker sig øst for bymidten i Gransee. Mod vest løber B 96 og mod syd statsvejen L 22. Geronsee strækker sig mod vest.
