Neujudenhof ligger i det vestlige Leverkusen ved landevej 43 umiddelbart ved bygrænsen til Monheim am Rhein og Langenfeld. Om gården blev der i anden halvdel af det 20. århundrede anlagt flere store grusgrave.
Nabolandsbyerne er Voigtslach, Umlag, Altenhof og Neußhof i Leverkusener, Altjudenhof og Laacher Hof med slot Laach i Monheimer, samt Wildauen og Neurath i Langenfeld-området. Udkanten er Auf der Heide.
