Neujudenhof si trova nella parte occidentale di Leverkusen lungo la Strada Statale 43, immediatamente al confine con Monheim am Rhein e Langenfeld. Attorno al podere sono stati creati, nella seconda metà del XX secolo, diversi laghi artificiali di grandi dimensioni.
I comuni limitrofi sono Voigtslach, Umlag, Altenhof e Neußhof nel territorio di Leverkusener, Altjudenhof e Laacher Hof con il Castello di Laach a Monheim, così come Wildauen e Neurath nel territorio di Langenfeld. È scomparso Auf der Heide.
