Neujudenhof está situado en el oeste de Leverkusen, en la carretera estatal 43, justo en la frontera de la ciudad con Monheim am Rhein y Langenfeld. Alrededor de la granja se crearon varios lagos de extracción a gran escala en la segunda mitad del siglo XX.
Los pueblos vecinos son Voigtslach, Umlag, Altenhof y Neußhof en Leverkusener, Altjudenhof y el Laacher Hof con el castillo Laach en Monheimer, así como Wildauen y Neurath en el territorio de Langenfeld. Ha desaparecido Auf der Heide.
