Neujudenhof est situé dans l'ouest de Leverkusen, sur la route nationale 43, immédiatement à la frontière de la ville de Monheim am Rhein et de Langenfeld. Plusieurs lacs de sable de grande envergure ont été creusés autour du ferme dans la seconde moitié du 20ème siècle.
Les localités voisines sont Voigtslach, Umlag, Altenhof et Neußhof du côté de Leverkusen, Altjudenhof et Laacher Hof avec le château de Laach du côté de Monheim, ainsi que Wildauen et Neurath dans la zone de Langenfeld. Le hameau Auf der Heide a disparu.
