Orsoy, indtil 1974 en by tilknyttet Moers, er i dag en bydel og byområde i den nordrhein-westfalske by Rheinberg ved den venstre Rhinen. Oversat betyder ordet Orsoy omtrent "hesteeng". Orsoy er på grund af Rheinpromenaden, sine fæstningsmure og sin historiske bebyggelse et populært udflugtsmål, hvorfra man kan tage færgen Orsoy–Walsum over til den højre Rhinbydel Walsum i Duisburg. Byområdet Orsoy omfatter bydelen Orsoyerberg samt landsbyerne Drießen, Plank, Hasenfeld og Milchplatz.
