Orsoy, hasta 1974 una ciudad perteneciente al distrito de Moers, es hoy un barrio y distrito de la ciudad de Rheinberg, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, a la orilla izquierda del Rin. La palabra Orsoy se traduce aproximadamente como "pradera de caballos". Orsoy es un lugar de excursión popular debido a su paseo fluvial, sus murallas defensivas y su arquitectura histórica, desde donde se puede cruzar al barrio de Walsum, ubicado en la orilla derecha del Rin, utilizando el ferry Rhein Orsoy–Walsum. El distrito de Orsoy incluye la parte de Orsoyerberg, así como los pequeños poblados de Drießen, Plank, Hasenfeld y Milchplatz.
