Orsoy , bis 1974 eine kreisangehörige Stadt des Kreises Moers, ist heute ein Stadtteil und Stadtbezirk der nordrhein-westfälischen Stadt Rheinberg am linken Niederrhein. Übersetzt bedeutet das Wort Orsoy in etwa „Pferdewiese“ . Orsoy ist wegen der Rheinpromenade, seiner Festungsmauern und seiner historischen Bebauung ein beliebter Ausflugsort, von dem mit der Rheinfähre Orsoy–Walsum zum rechtsrheinisch gelegenen Duisburger Stadtteil Walsum übergesetzt werden kann. Zum Stadtbezirk Orsoy gehören der Ortsteil Orsoyerberg, sowie die Weiler Drießen, Plank, Hasenfeld und Milchplatz.
