Orsoy, fino al 1974 una città appartenente al circondario di Moers, è oggi un quartiere e un distretto della città di Rheinberg, situata sulla riva sinistra del Reno nel Nord Reno-Westfalia. Tradotto, la parola Orsoy significa circa "prato per cavalli". Orsoy è un luogo di svago popolare grazie alla sua passeggiata lungo il Reno, alle sue mura fortificate e alla sua architettura storica, da cui si può attraversare il Reno con il traghetto Orsoy–Walsum verso il quartiere Walsum, situato sulla riva destra del fiume. Al distretto di Orsoy appartengono la frazione di Orsoyerberg, così come le frazioni di Drießen, Plank, Hasenfeld e Milchplatz.
