Refugiet Caro UEC Pepito Anguera, bygget i 1965 og for nylig ombygget, er et bevogtet refugium i mellem bjerge, beliggende på nordsiden af mont Caro, væk fra vejen, på Mascar-sletten, i kommunen Alfara de Carles og inden for Naturparken dels Ports. Det er ejet af den Catalanske Vandreforening. Mødested for vandrere, hvor de mest emblematiske vandreture i massivet starter eller slutter.
