Kirken Saint-Charles er en neoklassisk kirke beliggende i Nîmes, i Gard-afdelingen og regionen Occitanie. Den blev listet som et historisk monument i 2010. I 1686 blev stedet besat af Doctrinaires, som etablerede et priorat-præsteskab og et seminarium i faubourg des prêcheurs i Nîmes. Mellem 1772 og 1773 blev Sankt Charles menighed grundlagt af biskop de Becdelièvre og derefter af kongen. Bygningen af kirken blev udført fra 1774 til 1776 af arkitekten Claude Rollin, på grund af den betydelige udvikling af Nîmes' forstæder i det 17. og 18. århundrede. Under Revolutionen blev kirken plyndret og blev derefter genoverdraget til en menighed i 1801. Fra 1856 til 1886 blev bygningen udvidet, og et nyt kor blev tilføjet som en udvidelse af den oprindelige skib. Hans nøjagtige efternavn er "Saint-Charles-Borromeo".
