Koret, roman, i kirken stammer fra det 11. eller 12. århundrede. Det er sandsynligvis blevet erstattet af et ældre kultsted udhugget i klippen. Skibet og kirkegården blev ombygget i 1888 (opførelse af et klokketårn med tribune). Alteret er registreret i inventaret af historiske monumenter; det stammer fra det nu forsvundne Fongauffier-kloster. I det 17. århundrede blev dette kunstværk viet til Sankt Benedikt og hans søster, Hellige Scholastica.
