På nr. 3 rue du Collège de Foix (vinkelret rue des Lois, rue Deville).
Banque de France ligger på stedet for Cordeliers-klosteret. Cordeliers, franciskanske brødre, ankom til Toulouse i 1222 og byggede fra det 13. til det 15. århundrede et stort kloster, hvoraf der i dag er meget lidt tilbage. Portalen og det ottekantede klokketårn er synlige fra gaden.
Historien siger, at krypten havde den særlige egenskab at bevare lig. Præsidenten for Parlamentet i Toulouse, Jean Etienne Duranti, blev begravet der i 1589.
