Mokofin ligger lige ved siden af katedralen i Bayonne og er et lille tehus, hvor du kan nyde en lækker, duftende baskisk kage. De salte tærter til frokost (grillede rejer eller gedeost eller mozzarella og tomat) er en rigtig forkælelse, men de er så populære, at de ofte er udsolgt, hvis du ikke er blandt de første! "Tatin" æbletærter er et must i tehuset. Lækre, originale og farverige kager. Det er fantastisk at have håndværkere af denne kvalitet i Bayonne. En enkel og charmerende modtagelse. Et must efter et par timers shopping i de omkringliggende butikker.
