Cadamstown, historisk kendt som Ballymacadam, er en lille landsby i County Offaly, Irland. Det ligger ved R421 regionalvejen, lige nord for Slieve Bloom-bjergene. Det er cirka 20 km fra Tullamore og 6 km fra Kinnitty.
Landsbyen er opdelt af kløften af Silver River, der krydses af R421. Vejen danner hovedgaden i landsbyen. Planen er overvejende lineær, centreret omkring broen over Silver River og omfatter en kirke, et herberg og cirka 20 huse, med en befolkning på cirka 60 mennesker. Møllen ligger mod vest, og Ardara Masonry Bridge ligger mod nord.
